From June 14 to 21, we held another edition of GLT – Group Leader Training in Brazil, bringing together 52 participants from different states with one shared purpose: to train leaders committed to intentional discipleship of children and youth. These eight intense days featured a carefully designed program integrating theory and practice, spirituality and leadership, service and reflection. GLT is not just a course—it’s an immersive experience of personal transformation and ministerial preparation.

An International Team United for Mission
This year, we were honored to host Cosmin Tamas, CEO of Youngstars International, along with Ana (Romania) and Tabea (Switzerland), who joined Brazil’s leadership team. Their presence strengthened our unity and underscored the global dimension of the vision we carry.
Program Highlights
The schedule included a series of modules and hands-on experiences, such as:
Intentional discipleship with children and youth
Camp ministry: Spirituality, programming, and leadership
Local missionary work and pastoral care
Pioneering projects, construction, and field games
Reflections on personal growth, challenges, and calling
Daily devotionals, small groups, and personal evaluation
Additionally, topics like servant leadership, evangelism, conflict resolution, and project planning were covered—always with a holistic approach tailored to the reality of our local groups.
Consolidating and Multiplying
What remains is deep gratitude. GLT 2025 proved that the work in Brazil is growing stronger and multiplying. We witnessed leaders being awakened, visions aligned, and a new generation rising with clarity and passion for God’s call. We are confident that what began in these days will echo through Radicais groups across the nation, reaching more children, youth, and families with the love of Christ.
